Some expensive creams have been found to work however, as they are rich in anti-cellulite agents such as Vitamin A, but you should only purchase highly recommended creams and lotions that have been reviewed by sufferers and have proven to work for them.
The only way to get rid of cellulite is to directly attack the internal causes of its formation. In disposing of excess water retention and toxins under the skin, you can shrink the fat cells that cause the lumpy appearance of cellulite.
